Production Time

How long does production take?

Any non personalised orders will be shipped next business day.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our personalised gifts, please allow 7 business days for production time.
Please allow extended production time during sale periods (around 3-5 additional business days).
If there are any unexpected production delays, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
Monday through Friday are business days, but public holidays and weekends are not. Business day count start from next business day (an order placed on Friday will be observed on the following Monday).
All personalised products are made to order.
We are not responsible for any loss or delayed deliveries.

Delivery

Where do you ship to and from?

We ship Australia wide and overseas from Sydney (please scroll down for international options).
All orders including PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses are sent via Australia Post only (carbon neutral delivery).

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express shipping is available at checkout. Please be advised that production time still needs to be considered in the turnaround time.
AusPost does not guarantee their express shipping times and we can only provide an estimated shipping time.
