Orders made from May 23rd will be processed upon our return on July 1st.

Australia Delivery

  • Any non personalised orders will be shipped next business day.
  • Due to the personalised nature of our products and volume of orders we receive, please allow 10 business days for production of any personalised product.
  • Please allow extended production time during sale periods (around 3-5 additional business days).
  • Standard shipping costs are at a flat rate of $10 for orders under $150.
  • Complimentary standard domestic shipping on orders over $150 applied automatically at checkout.
  • Monday through Friday are business days, but public holidays and weekends are not. Business day count start from next business day (an order placed on Friday will be observed on the following Monday).
  • All personalised products are made to order.
  • All orders including PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses are sent via standard Australia Post only unless requested otherwise (additional fees apply for non AusPost shipping).


      New Zealand Delivery

      • We currently ship to New Zealand wide via standard AusPost.
      • Delivery to New Zealand is between $20-$35 depending on weight.
      • Free standard delivery to New Zealand for orders over $300AUD.


      International Delivery

      • We currently ship to selected countries via standard AusPost.
      • Delivery is calculated based on weight at checkout for the following countries: USA, UK, Canada & Singapore.
      • Please email us at to request a quote for your country if it is not available at checkout.


      Rush Service

      From November 2021 through to January 2022: A rush service must also be accompanied by an express shipping service with either StarTrack or TNT (quoted individually based on delivery location). Rush services will no longer be shipped with AusPost. This is due to ongoing postal delays with AusPost. We are not responsible for any delayed parcels that is out of our control. If your order is urgent, you will require our rush service + upgraded shipping via StarTrack/TNT.

      If you require your order urgently, please email us in regards to a rush service.

      Please note that a shipping fee is different to a rush service. A shipping fee is paid to the delivery partner who ships the parcel. A rush service is paid to our team who works on your order as a priority to ensure your products are completed within 2-3 business days.

      If you do not email us in regards to a rush service and also pay an invoice that states a rush service, your order is a regular order subject to our usual timeframes.



      To request a return, please email

      • Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any returns.
      • There is no re-delivery fee for exchanged items delivered within Australia.
      • The purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
      • Any items purchased on sale is final sale and cannot be returned. No exceptions.

      Please ensure the below is followed for your return to be processed:

      • Item is returned within 7 days of purchase date.
      • The returned item is unused and undamaged with original packaging.
      • Returned item is not a customised and/or personalised and/or made-to-order item.
