Delivery & Returns
Production Time
- Any non personalised orders will be shipped next business day.
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our personalised gifts, please allow 7 business days for production time.
- Please allow extended production time during sale periods (around 3-5 additional business days).
- If there are any unexpected production delays, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
- Monday through Friday are business days, but public holidays and weekends are not. Business day count start from next business day (an order placed on Friday will be observed on the following Monday).
- All personalised products are made to order.
- We are not responsible for any loss or delayed deliveries.

How much is shipping?
- Complimentary standard domestic shipping on orders over $150 applied automatically at checkout.
- Standard shipping costs are at a flat rate of $10 for orders under $150.
- Standard shipping cost for greeting cards and vow books only are at a flat rate of $7.
Where do you ship to and from?
- We ship Australia wide and overseas from Sydney.
- All orders including PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses are sent via Australia Post only (carbon neutral delivery).
Do you offer express shipping?
- Yes, express shipping is available at checkout. Please be advised that production time still needs to be considered in the turnaround time.
- AusPost does not guarantee their express shipping times and we can only provide an estimated shipping time.
New Zealand Delivery

- We currently ship to New Zealand wide via standard AusPost (carbon neutral delivery).
- Delivery to New Zealand is between $15-$35 depending on weight (calculated at checkout).
- Free standard delivery to New Zealand for orders over $300AUD.

- We currently ship to USA from Sydney via standard AusPost (carbon neutral delivery).
- Delivery to USA starts from $25 depending on weight.
- We are not responsible for any loss or delayed deliveries.
- We currently ship to Canada from Sydney via standard AusPost (carbon neutral delivery).
- Delivery to Canada starts from $35 depending on weight.
- We are not responsible for any loss or delayed deliveries.
- We currently ship to Singapore and Hong Kong from Sydney via standard AusPost (carbon neutral delivery).
- Delivery to Singapore and Hong Kong starts from $20 depending on weight.
- We are not responsible for any loss or delayed deliveries.
- We currently ship to the UK from Sydney via standard AusPost (carbon neutral delivery).
- Delivery to United Kingdom starts from $45 depending on weight.

- We currently ship to France, Ireland, Germany, Norway from Sydney via standard AusPost (carbon neutral delivery).
- Delivery starts from $40 depending on weight.
- We are not responsible for any loss or delayed deliveries.
- We currently ship to the UAE from Sydney via standard AusPost (carbon neutral delivery).
- Delivery to United Arab Emirates starts from $50 depending on weight.
- We are not responsible for any loss or delayed deliveries.
Other International Delivery
- We ship internationally from Sydney, Australia via AusPost.
- Delivery is calculated based on weight.

Rush Service
If you require your order urgently, please email us in regards to a rush service contact@vorfreudestationery.com.au
Please note that a shipping fee is different to a rush service. A shipping fee is paid to the delivery partner who ships the parcel. A rush service is paid to our team who works on your order as a priority to ensure your products are completed within 2-3 business days.
If you do not email us in regards to a rush service and also pay an invoice that states a rush service, your order is a regular order subject to our usual timeframes.
Returns
To request a return, please email contact@vorfreudestationery.com.au.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any returns.
- There is no re-delivery fee for exchanged items delivered within Australia.
- The purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any items purchased on sale is final sale and cannot be returned. No exceptions.
Please ensure the below is followed for your return to be processed:
- Item is returned within 7 days of purchase date.
- Returned item is not a customised and/or personalised and/or made-to-order item.
- The returned item is unused and undamaged with original packaging.
