Where do you ship to and from?

  • We ship Australia wide and overseas from Sydney (please scroll down for international options).
  • All orders including PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses are sent via Australia Post only (carbon neutral delivery).

Do you offer express shipping?

  • Yes, express shipping is available at checkout. Please be advised that production time still needs to be considered in the turnaround time.

We capture all personalisation details required before adding to cart. After you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email to double-check the details you've provided. If you would like a proof, we are happy to provide one via email.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks before your wedding date. Each guest book is made to order, so we want to make sure yours arrives with time to spare.

What if I make a mistake with my personalisation details?

Just get in touch as soon as you can. As long as your order hasn't gone into production yet, we can make changes. We always recommend double-checking your details before submitting.

What pen should I use?

We recommend any ballpoint pen or fineliner type pens for clean, easy writing, or a metallic fine tip marker if you'd like to add a little shimmer to the page. Both sit beautifully on the paper without bleeding through.
