I read every single one myself, but I couldn't do it without Postmaster Quill and his team of Post Office elves. One elf checks the address, one copies each wish into the ledger, one carries the finished list down to the Workshop so the right gift gets made in time. Quill says none of them could manage it alone, and neither could I, not without them.

How will my letter be shipped?
Your letter is sent inside a plain cardboard mailer, with no branding or Christmas imagery on the outside. This keeps the surprise safe if little eyes spot the post before you're ready to share it.
Is there a cut-off date to guarantee Christmas delivery?
To arrive before Christmas, orders should be placed by 12 December for delivery within Australia, and by 15 November for international delivery.
Where do you ship to and from?
- We ship Australia wide and overseas from Sydney (please scroll down for international options).
- All orders including PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses are sent via Australia Post only (carbon neutral delivery).
Do you offer express shipping?
- Yes, express shipping is available at checkout. Please be advised that production time still needs to be considered in the turnaround time.
